Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Supervisors’ performance to ensure operational targets are met.
• Deliver budgeted volume and margin for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products to meet profitability objectives.
• Ensure weekly distribution targets across all trade channels are met.
• Monitor product orders to align with market demand and optimize sales.
• Enforce compliance with company credit policies to prevent financial risks.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Identify training needs and provide relevant programs for Supervisors.
• Develop high-potential team members through coaching and guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in leading large teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
